Carly's Remedial Massage treatments are oil/balm massage treatments performed on a table. She specialises in pain management, focusing on deep fascial work and trigger point therapy. Carly believes that the fascial system can hold memory of past injury, emotional disturbance and poor postural patterns. By bringing freedom to this web of connective tissue, she offers the body a 'clean slate' to put down new healthy patterns. This can be supported with movement training and lifestyle advice to to help her clients avoid falling back into old habits.
All her treatments bring in the principles of ZenThai Shiatsu, and may integrate dry needling, acupressure points, cupping and moxibustion where suitable.
